ADMINISTRATOR
(8 hours a week)
Primary Responsibilities are to ensure the following:-Â
- Office duties Â
- Counselling room duties Â
- All paperwork, files and records for Listening service are kept up to date – soft and hard Â
- Assist with organising and attend occasional fundraising events Â
- Maintain database Â
- Support Centre Director and Listening coordinator with administrative and practical supportÂ
Typical tasks will involve (but are not limited to):Â Â
- Answering incoming calls, training/meeting set-up, counselling room set up, office set-upÂ
- Update resources for listeners on sharepoint and in cabinetÂ
- Input client information from incoming calls from clients onto excel spreadsheet Â
- Update old handbooks and maintain sharepointÂ
- Ensuring fresh flowers, tissues, teas, milk are available Â
Person Specification:Â Â
Essential:Â Â
- Fluent English speaker with good written, and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Self-motivated and resourceful approach to getting the job done Â
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and to work with attention to detail Â
- Flexible multi-tasker who is able to work independently as well as part of a team Â
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office –Â Excel, Word, Outlook and ideally PowerPoint and MailchimpÂ
- Basic numerical skills to e.g. produce client statisticsÂ
- Respect confidentialityÂ
 Desirable: Â
- An appreciation of the work that SEEN doesÂ
- Previous experience in administration roleÂ
- Â Willing to attend training as necessaryÂ
